Metal baler process:

1. Open the front door, place a piece of paper or cardboard ON the underside, close the front door, and turn on the power button

2. Put the material into the material box. The manual valve is divided into three gears: up, middle and down. Hit the position under z and start to press the material

3. When pressing a bag quickly, put a piece of cardboard or paper on the surface of the material. When the bottom of the pressure plate cannot be pressed down, the manual valve is hit to the middle gear and the pressure plate stops

4. Determine whether the material has reached the packing height or weight requirement. If it has not reached the requirement, the manual valve should be hit to the upper position, the pressure plate should rise to the top, and the downward pressure should be restarted in the second step.

5. Press the power button to open the front door and back door OF the machine

6. Tie the material bag with iron wires. Tie 3 to 4 iron wires and place a pallet in front of the box door.

7. Start the motor, press the push valve, and push the material bag out of the plate.、

8. Turn off the power and close the door.
