The abnormal flow instability of scrap gantry shear hydraulic station refers to three common scenes: no flow into the actuator, lack of flow supply to the actuator, and too much flow into the actuator. So how do we deal with this problem?

First, there is no flow of scrap gantry shear hydraulic station

(1) The electromagnet of the reversing valve of the equipment above the hydraulic station is loose, and the coil is short-circuited. This will replace the reversing valve directly, and maybe repair it.

(3) M, H type functional slide valve is not reversed. Turn them around and condition them from the head.

Two, scrap gantry shear hydraulic station flow is too low

The low flow rate of hydraulic station is an uncommon problem. There are many reasons for this.

(1) The pressure of the relief valve or unloading valve that controls the flow of the hydraulic pump in the hydraulic station is adjusted too low. Just turn the pressure up.

(2) The bypass control valve in the hydraulic station is not very tight. Either we need to replace the valve or we need to check the control lines for the flow in the hydraulic station.

(3) The volume power of the hydraulic pump decreases. This can replace the hydraulic pump and exhaust the air inside the hydraulic pump.

(4) The leakage in the hydraulic station is serious. This is mainly the various parts of the hydraulic pump station hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve, tubing, motor, oil circuit block, fuel tank, etc. are not connected tightly and replace the seal together.

(5) The normal conditioning of the variable pump of the hydraulic station is ineffective. Replace the hydraulic pump.

(6) The pipeline loss of the hydraulic station is too large. This can be changed to a larger oil pipe, improve the pressure of the pump can be.

Third, the waste iron gantry shear hydraulic station flow is too high

(1) The flow control equipment of the hydraulic station is adjusted too high. This is the opposite of what I said above, and if it's too high then just turn it down.

(2) The normal conditioning of the variable pump of the hydraulic station is ineffective. Hydraulic station planning is showing errors, this can only be replaced or taken to repair.

(3) The type and motor speed of the hydraulic pump are incorrect. Replace the flow can reach the hydraulic pump and speed can reach the motor.
