2, the hydraulic baler operators need to be familiar with the main structural frame, product performance and use of the baler.

3, the hydraulic baler operator must be trained personnel, master the equipment performance and operation technology, in order to complete the operation independently.

4, before the operation, should first clean the debris stacked on the equipment, wipe the stains stained on the hydraulic press rod.

5, the installation of the hydraulic press must be operated in the case of power failure, do not collide with the start button and handle.

6, install the upper and lower mold to the center, adjust the mold gap, do not allow unilateral deviation from the center, confirm the mold after the fixed pressure test.

7, before the hydraulic press work, first start the equipment idling for five minutes or more, and at the same time check whether the fuel tank oil level line is sufficient, whether the oil pump sound is normal, whether the hydraulic unit and pipes, joints, pistons are leaking.

8, turn on the equipment debugging pressure, check whether the pressure reaches the pressure required for work, whether the equipment operates normally and reliably, and whether there is leakage phenomenon.

9. When the body pressure plate slides up and down, it is strictly forbidden to put the hand, head and other body parts into the working parts of the equipment.

10, it is forbidden to knock, stretch, welding and cutting, bending, twisting and other operations at the same time.

11. There shall be no smoking, welding and cutting, fire behavior within a few meters around the hydraulic press baler, and flammable, explosive and other dangerous chemicals shall not be stored. Fire prevention and emergency measures.

12. After the hydraulic press is finished, the power supply should be cut off, the hydraulic rod of the press should be wiped clean, the lubricating oil should be added, the fuselage should be cleaned and placed neatly.

13. If the machine is found to be running abnormally during use, the power supply should be cut off immediately for inspection.
