2, the oil temperature is too high: the oil temperature is too high may cause equipment damage or fire. Need to check whether the cooling system is working properly, as well as the quality of the oil and other issues.

3, the crusher speed is too low: check whether the motor speed is normal, if normal may be too tight belt or bearing problems, need to adjust the belt tightness or replace the bearing.

4, material blockage or equipment feeding operation is not smooth: some customers in the operation of equipment often cause equipment blockage, material loading is not smooth, low efficiency. Due to uneven feeding, the machine is often overloaded, the particle size of the discharge product is uneven, the hammer head and the counterattack liner wear quickly, and the production capacity of the equipment is seriously affected by frequent replacement. This is usually due to the customer's poor control of the feed, not the correct material pretreatment and sorting, different materials hardness is different, resulting in different crushing efficiency, resulting in crushing lag, crushing efficiency is not high.

5, the noise of the crusher is too large: it may be caused by the imbalance of the equipment or the serious wear of the blade. The problem can be solved by balancing the device or replacing the blade.
