1. The oil added to the box must be strictly filtered through more than 100 mesh copper mesh, and should always maintain sufficient oil (generally about 80% of the total capacity of the tank), and should be immediately filled with oil when insufficient.
2. The tank should be cleaned once every six months, but the first cleaning filter oil should not exceed forty hours to remove one-time pollution. The new oil that has been used once is only allowed to be used again after being strictly filtered. The oil tank should be scrubbed with new cloth. Scrap, yarn and rags are strictly prohibited.
3. Check the oil filter in the oil tank once a year, and remove foreign matter in time, and clean it with gasoline.
4. Each lubricating part of the machine shall be lubricated at least once per shift according to the requirements.
5. Those who do not understand the structure, performance and operation procedures of the machine shall not start the machine without authorization.
6. When there is oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon in the work, it should be stopped immediately, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault, and shall not be forced to run with illness.
Seven. When the pump and valve pressure gauge are adjusted, experienced technicians must be carried out. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be repaired immediately or replaced with a new table.
8. The user shall formulate detailed maintenance and safety operation procedures according to the specific situation.
9. If the user in the event of failure can not be eliminated, please contact the factory immediately, the factory will send personnel to repair.
